1. The program
The FleetProxy referral program is operated by FLEETPROXY ENTERPRISE - FZCO. It allows you to earn commission by referring customers to FleetProxy. Participation is subject to these program terms, our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data; participation does not itself give consent to optional marketing or tracking.
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter into this agreement and have a FleetProxy account in good standing. Participation does not make you an employee, agent or representative of FleetProxy.
2. Earning commission
Under the standard program, you earn 30% commission on qualifying balance deposits made by each referred customer until your earnings from that customer reach $250, then a 10% lifetime commission on future qualifying deposits from the same customer. A different rate may apply where FleetProxy has agreed it with you in writing or another documented agreement.
Commission is earned on the qualifying balance deposit, not again when that balance is spent on proxy products. The $250 threshold applies separately to earnings from each referred customer; it is not a $2,500 cap on all earnings from that customer.
3. Refunds and chargebacks
If a referred customer's qualifying balance deposit is refunded or charged back, the commission earned on the returned amount is reversed. For a partial refund, only the corresponding proportion of that deposit's commission is reversed.
The reversal removes the corresponding unpaid commission from your referral earnings. If that commission has already been paid out or transferred to your FleetProxy balance, it is deducted from future referral earnings. This rule does not authorize a separate charge to your payment method or a deduction from your purchased FleetProxy balance.
For example, if a $100 deposit earned you $30 and $40 of that deposit is refunded, $12 of the original commission is reversed.
4. Requesting a payout
You can request a crypto payout through Referral in your dashboard when your available referral earnings reach $25. Payout requests are processed within 24 hours. FleetProxy pays the payout transaction's network fee. Blockchain confirmation and arrival times may vary.
The network-fee rule here concerns affiliate payouts. It is separate from the customer crypto-refund rule in our Refund Policy.
5. Promoting FleetProxy
Use accurate information and approved promotional materials. Do not promise guaranteed access to every website, unrestricted use or checker results beyond the checks included in the customer's order.
Make your commission relationship clear where you promote FleetProxy. For example: "I may earn a commission if you sign up and add balance through my link." Place the disclosure with the promotion where people can readily see it, and follow applicable advertising rules.
You may bid on FleetProxy brand names or related keywords only with FleetProxy's prior written permission.
Do not use spam, fake traffic, fake accounts, misleading reviews, deceptive promotions or incentivized signups. Do not impersonate FleetProxy staff, promote in third-party communities without permission, or use coercion or deceptive interface tactics to generate referrals.
6. Questions and disputes
If you believe a commission or payout is incorrect, contact support@fleetproxy.io or an official FleetProxy support channel with the relevant referral or transaction reference. The account-suspension and support-appeal provisions of our Terms also apply; they do not create an automatic right to forfeit every unpaid commission.
7. Tracking and attribution
Referral tracking relies on cookies or other tracking technologies. A referral is valid only if the referred customer accepts marketing cookies, registers through your referral link, and completes a qualifying balance deposit within 60 days of the initial click.
If cookies are deleted, blocked or expired, commissions cannot be guaranteed.
8. Program changes
FleetProxy may modify or discontinue the Referral Program, including commission rates and eligibility criteria. Referrers will be notified by email or via the dashboard at least 30 days in advance of material changes.
