Referral Program Terms

1. Overview

These terms govern participation in the Fleetproxy.io Referral Program (the “Program”), also referred to as the Affiliate Program for legal purposes. By enrolling or participating, you (“Referrer,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Referral Program Terms, Fleetproxy.io’s Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. If You do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

2. Definitions

• Company, We, or Us: Fleetproxy.io.
• Referrer: A registered user accepted to participate in the Referral Program.
• Referral Link: A unique tracking link provided through the Referrer dashboard.
• Referred User: A new customer who signs up and completes a qualifying purchase through a Referrer’s Referral Link.
• Commission: The monetary reward paid to the Referrer for valid referrals.
• Referral Materials: Any banners, links, or promotional assets provided or approved by Fleetproxy.io for the Referral Program.

3. Enrollment and Eligibility

To join, you must register through the “Referral” section of your Fleetproxy.io Account. Fleetproxy.io reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without obligation to disclose reasons.

You must be at least 18 years old, have an active Fleetproxy.io account in good standing, and not operate in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

4. Purpose of the Program

The Program enables Referrers to promote Fleetproxy.io Services and earn Commissions for valid Referred Users. Participation does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between You and Fleetproxy.io.

5. Referral Materials

Fleetproxy.io provides Referrers with Referral Links and promotional banners through the dashboard.

• Default Referral Links are automatically generated.
• Custom Referral Links may be created within system limits and must comply with applicable laws, intellectual property, and decency standards.
• Fleetproxy.io may change or remove Referral Materials without prior notice.
• You must always use materials in their original form and in accordance with Company guidance.

6. Promotion Rules

You may promote Fleetproxy.io Services online through lawful and ethical means. You agree to:

• Use only approved Referral Materials.
• Present accurate and honest information about Fleetproxy.io and its Services.
• Avoid misleading, deceptive, or aggressive marketing tactics.
• Not purchase ads or keywords containing “Fleetproxy” or similar marks without written approval.
• Not misrepresent yourself as an employee or representative of Fleetproxy.io.
• Not use spam, bots, fake traffic, or incentivized signups.

Violations of these rules may lead to termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.

7. Commissions and Payment

By default, Referrers earn a 15% commission from each referred customer's purchase, up to a maximum of $2,500 per customer.

Fleetproxy.io may, at its sole discretion, grant higher or special commission rates based on a written or otherwise documented agreement with the Referrer. Unless otherwise agreed, the standard 15% commission applies.

Commissions are only paid for valid referrals — i.e., when a Referred User completes a purchase and payment is confirmed.

Fleetproxy.io reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations.

8. Tracking and Attribution

Referral tracking relies on cookies or other tracking technologies. A referral is valid only if the Referred User:

• Accepts marketing cookies,
• Registers through your Referral Link,
• And completes a purchase within 60 days of the initial click.

If cookies are deleted, blocked, or expired, commissions cannot be guaranteed.

9. Withdrawals

Referrers can withdraw earned commissions through the “Withdrawals” section of their account. Minimum withdrawal limits, supported payment methods, and processing times are specified within the Referral dashboard. Fleetproxy.io reserves the right to verify identity and transaction validity before payment.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension:

• Using fraudulent or misleading tactics to generate referrals.
• Bidding on Fleetproxy-related keywords for paid ads.
• Promoting on competitor communities (e.g., Discords, forums, etc.) without permission.
• Creating fake accounts, reviews, or testimonials.
• Engaging in pyramid schemes, coercive marketing, or “dark patterns.”

Fleetproxy.io reserves the right to report fraudulent behavior to authorities and terminate access permanently.

11. Modifications

Fleetproxy.io may modify or discontinue the Referral Program, including commission rates and eligibility criteria, at any time. Referrers will be notified by email or via the dashboard at least 30 days in advance of material changes.

12. Termination

Fleetproxy.io may suspend or terminate your participation in the Referral Program at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if the termination resulted from a breach of these Terms.
