Acceptable Use Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every person and business using services operated by FLEETPROXY ENTERPRISE - FZCO ("FleetProxy"). It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every product. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into the agreement.

You must use FleetProxy lawfully and comply with this policy, our Terms and the terms of the websites you access. You must not allow anyone using your account to carry out prohibited activities.

2. Permitted use

FleetProxy may be used for lawful personal and business purposes, including:

• Collecting publicly available web data where permitted by the source and applicable law.
• Checking how your advertisements, prices and search results appear in different locations.
• Testing applications, websites and infrastructure you own or have written permission to test, within that permission.
• Managing accounts you own or are formally authorized to operate, following the platform's rules.
• Brand protection, fraud research and market analysis using public sources.

These examples do not authorize otherwise prohibited conduct. Security research involving FleetProxy is subject to our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy. Permission to test a customer's systems does not extend to FleetProxy, its suppliers or other third parties.

3. Prohibited activities

Illegal activity is prohibited on every FleetProxy product. You must not use the service for, or help others carry out:

• Child sexual abuse material, or the exploitation, endangerment or sexualization of minors.
• Trafficking in people, weapons, controlled substances or stolen goods.
• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, threats of violence or abusive targeting of individuals.
• Producing or distributing content promoting terrorism or violent extremism.
• Denial-of-service attacks, traffic floods or attempts to disrupt a system's availability.
• Unauthorized access, credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, port scanning or vulnerability exploitation against systems you neither own nor have written permission to test.
• Malware, ransomware, spyware or botnet command-and-control traffic.
• Bypassing authentication, paywalls or access controls you are not entitled to pass.
• Phishing, spoofing, fraudulent storefronts or deceptive impersonation.
• Payment fraud, carding, testing stolen credentials or laundering criminal proceeds.
• Click or impression fraud, fake engagement, manipulation of advertising or affiliate systems, or bulk account creation to deceive platforms or evade enforcement.
• Unsolicited bulk email, messages, comments or form submissions; harvesting contact details for unsolicited outreach; or abusive activity that places network addresses on spam or reputation blocklists.
• Collecting personal data without a lawful basis, otherwise violating applicable data protection law, collecting access-restricted data without authorization, or infringing copyright, trademarks, database rights or trade secrets.
• Continuing data collection after the site operator explicitly instructs you to stop.

This list is not exhaustive. Even for a permitted purpose, do not overwhelm targets or continue excessive requests when endpoints return errors or rate limits.

4. Destination restrictions

Products other than Static Residential block the categories below. Static Residential (ISP), including Standard and Premium, also has destination restrictions; it is not an unrestricted product.

• Banking websitesBanks, credit unions and online banking services.
• Payment-processing websitesPayment gateways, card-payment services and money-transfer services.
• Government websitesGovernment portals and public-sector services.
• Other restricted destinationsAdditional websites restricted to prevent fraud or abuse. Restrictions can also affect financial services, digital wallets and cryptocurrency services.

Static Residential Standard and Premium also block many banking and financial websites. Some destinations may be accessible, but access is not guaranteed. Availability on one IP or at one time does not guarantee availability on another IP or later. Buying Premium or selecting IPQS/IP2Location checks does not remove destination restrictions.

These are category descriptions, not an exhaustive list of domains. Restrictions vary by product and destination and may change for security, abuse-prevention or legal reasons. A website may also reject proxy traffic itself. If a particular website is essential, contact support before purchasing; do not assume that any product will work with it.

Do not attempt to bypass FleetProxy's destination restrictions. A reachable website is not permission for illegal activity or a breach of this policy or the website's terms. Contact support if you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted.

A blocked or rejected destination does not, by itself, mean the proxy is faulty. If the proxy works normally elsewhere and has no service fault, that site-specific issue alone does not qualify for a refund. See the Refund Policy for exclusions, genuine-fault coverage and your legal rights.

5. Suspension, investigation and appeals

We may restrict or terminate access for breaches of this policy, subject to applicable law. We may suspend access immediately, without prior warning, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect illegal use.

During an investigation, access to unused balance and traffic may be temporarily restricted where reasonably necessary and permitted by law. Suspension alone does not forfeit that balance or traffic.

If no breach is found, we will restore access and release held balance and traffic, unless a binding legal restriction prevents us from doing so.

If illegal use is confirmed, we may terminate the account. We do not offer voluntary refunds solely because an account is terminated for the customer's illegal use. Separate qualifying refund grounds are described in our Refund Policy. Any continued withholding of funds or refund refusal must be permitted by applicable law. Mandatory rights and remedies remain unaffected.

You may appeal a suspension or termination through support@fleetproxy.io or any official FleetProxy support channel.

6. Reports and lawful requests

Report abuse to support@fleetproxy.io or an official support channel. Where available, include relevant IP addresses, timestamps with time zone, affected destinations and supporting details you are entitled to share. Website operators may contact us from an address associated with their domain to request access restrictions.

We cooperate with competent law-enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law. In response to valid legal requests, we may provide relevant information we actually hold where disclosure is required or permitted by law. Personal-data disclosures remain subject to applicable privacy law and our Privacy Policy.
